This was my second time to Bobbitt Boys and the service was great! The first time my car had the metal cover underneath falling off so I took it to their shop.They fixed the problem in a flash no charge. I said, "So how much do I owe you guys!" The manager said, "Don't worry," and that it was a minor fix. I was very gracious with his kindness. Moreover, the convinience of being right around the corner is a plus. I just moved so knowing there are some great people around to provide an awesome service makes a whole lotta difference. Thanks guys!
Top notch outfit. They truly care about their customers. Its nice to find a place that talks directly to you and gives you thier honest advice, rather then the advice that makes them the most money. Today, they told me i needed an AC compressor but advised me to possibly wait till may/june since the weather is getting colder i wont need AC. They said it wont effect the car if i waited. Any other place would have scared me into replacing it now. Saved me $800 today and I my trade car in before the hot weather. Thanks for the honest recommendation.
Everyone there is as cool as the other side of the pillow. Friendly and very helpful regardless if your vehicle is in need of a large repair or just a simple wiper blade replacement.
Excellent car (and customer) service. Bobbitt Boys has been fast and friendly every time I've come by. Coupled with their customer loyalty program, there's really no reason to go anywhere else.
If you live near Woodstown/Pilesgrove, this is the only place to take your car. They pick up and drop-off, and give you good advice without trying to sell you stuff you don't need. Very, very good business.
The entire Bobbitt family is wonderful. Never met one I didn't like.
